Garstang- the world’s first Fairtrade town

Bruce Crowther discusses the challenges of Garstang becoming the world’s first Fairtrade Town, the journey and his work outside of Fairtrade. Garstang is a small UK village in Lancashire, with 4 schools and two main streets. Since Garstang became Fairtrade accredited in 2000, there are now hundreds Fairtrade Towns and Cities across the globe.
